Jerry Karlik

Jerry Karlik, has been in the business of owning, managing and developing real estate for the past 25 years. In addition to the current development of Chicago’s Metropolis Condominiums, his recent successes include the award winning 888 South Michigan Condominiums, 212 East Cullerton Condominiums as well as Dearborn Tower Condominiums. Mr. Karlik and his affiliates have owned in excess of 4,500 rental apartment units and five million square feet of retail and industrial space throughout the United States.

Since 1980, Mr. Karlik has developed, traded, managed and financed in excess of $600 million in residential, commercial, retail and industrial real estate transactions with a specific emphasis on structuring difficult transactions.

Keith Giles

Since 1987, Keith Giles has been a leader in the Chicago real estate community having developed over one million square feet of commercial, residential and industrial properties. Mr. Giles continues to be instrumental in the creation of Chicago’s South Loop, one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the country.

Beginning in 1994 with the Filmworks Loft Condominiums, Mr. Giles has completed numerous residential communities within the rapidly expanding and dynamic South Loop neighborhood. As co-founder and owner of Frankel & Giles, his involvement has been instrumental in the successful marketing of numerous other Chicago area high rise condominium communities.

Prior to starting his real estate development career, Mr. Giles served as Vice President for Continental Bank from 1981-1987 where he was responsible for managing over $500 million worth of real estate loans and properties.
